As an Esthetician have studied and make  research on my own and use my self to test if truly this project would work, but YES!! it did work. I have a lot of abandoned project, so yes if you wouldn't be patient enough I won't totally blame you because this procedure is not just time taking its also gets boring at time goes, but one day when you just wake up after 2 to 4 weeks seeing the results of all your hard work you will get energetic and super excited like I did. It's pretty addictive.
So am going to share with you the  best way to remove dead cells from your skin through the method of natural exfoliation.

exfoliation is the removal of dead cells from the body. Have you ever wondered why you apply products on your skin and it won't work the way you expected? Yes right !! The dead cells won't let them penetrate into your skin. Our skin naturally exfoliate its self after 28 days but trust me, I can't wait for that long to feel good about myself.  Most people use chemicals to exfoliate but why not use the natural and cheapest way  and you can be able to DIY (do it yourself).  Chemical exfoliation might cause some damage to your skin in future  but you can't go wrong using this natural, simple and amazing method.
Things you will need :
1. Baking soda.
2. White egg without the yolk.
3. Oat
4. Honey.
5.Brown sugar (serves as scrub) or clay .
6. Lemon.
Just that !!!!!!! amazing right. I will give you a break down, the essentials each one of this add to make your skin radiance .

OAt Meal:
Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory properties and is perfect for most skin types, even the most sensitive skin.Oatmeal contains saponins, a cleansing agent, and can therefore be used as a mild soap.Oatmeal is moisturizing and helps remove dead skin cells.Oatmeal can help treat acne, eczema, rosacea and rashes.Oatmeal can help relieve symptoms of aging skin.

Baking Soda:
Baking soda is used to treat and manage a variety of skin problems. The use of baking soda for acne and other such skin problems may be attributed to its chemical composition, or in other words, the antimicrobial and antibacterial properties of baking soda. Baking soda helps to prevent acne and lighten acne scars. Baking soda may also be used for skin rashes for the same reasons. Baking soda is has no other chemical as such, and it is usually gentle on the skin. It is for this reason that the use of baking soda for skin irritations has proven effective.
Honey:
Raw, organic honey is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and enzymes which protect the body from bacteria and boost the immune system. Cold and flu symptoms, such as coughs, sore throats, and congestion are also kept at bay when treated with Honey.Due to its anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties, honey is the ultimate organic skincare brand. Apply a dab of raw, organic honey directly to blemishes, and let the skin absorb its medicinal properties overnight. Wash it off in the morning, and after regular use, you’ll wake up to clear skin!

White Egg:

Yep, the humble egg has the answer to youthful looks!
Studies have shown that egg proteins significantly contribute in maintaining the elasticity of skin. An egg contains about 69 different proteins, which have the magical power of reducing fine lines and give temporary relief for the deep ones.
Egg whites are high in collagen and vitamin A (which is essential in the development of products that are able to treat scars or burns).

Brown sugar:
Most healthy diets teach us to steer clear from sugar intake. Instead of ingesting your cupboard’s sweet ingredient in a batch of cookies, try using it topically. Brown sugar as a natural exfoliator has many benefits. Plus, you can sneak a taste while treating yourself but should incase you couldn't find Brown sugar make use of any crushed sugar you can find.

Lemon :
Lemon juice used on the skin can fight inflammation and inflammation. The effects of lemon juice are sometimes nearly immediate, especially when the basic problem is oily, clogged pores.Lemon juice works by killing acne bacteria.Lemon juice also works by stopping signals to the immune system to cause inflammation. The effects of lemon juice are intensified by exposure to the UV-A rays of the sun.People who have dark brown or black skin should use lemon juice, and all other skin treatments, with caution.

Procedures how to exfoliate DIY.

I don't measure so I just mix the whole recipes together but I make sure my oat is more than every other ingredient and I added a little bit of water to make it less sticky, apply all over your body and leave it for 15 to 30 minutes, I told you it's boring and tiring. Just get your music player so that you won't be too bored or do it with your partner . Wash off with lukewarm water . it's good to exfoliate your skin 2_3 times a week, like I said it comes slow but the result is visible in 2 weeks apply your moisturizer after exfoliating.
FYI- when measuring the ingredients and mix together, make sure it's enough to go round your whole body and drink at least  two cups of water after exfoliation.
